Event: Walk for DBSC (5th Annual Walk A Thon)
Date: Saturday September 27, 2008
Time: 9 am to 1 pm

Registration: $25/adult, $100/Corprate sponsorship, free/youths (16 and under)
Please mail in your registration to DBSC before September 15th. Free gift with paid registration!
Pledges: Pledges collected can be paid either by check (made out to DBSC) or credit card via our donation page**. Collect more than $50 in donations and you will qualify for our special drawing!

**Be sure to state in the comments box that you are donating a pedge for the "Walk for DBSC 2008" and who you are pledging for.
