Coco's Blog: African Adventures!
Christine "Coco" Roschaert's 6 week adventure to Nigeria, Africa began March 1st 2008. She has been visiting Birnin Kebbi School for the Handicapped, Kebbi State, Nigeria through Voluntary Services Overseas Canada and working with the school to develop a curriculum to establish a classroom for Deaf Blind children who currently lack any form of sign language and english instruction. She also will be giving HIV/AIDS prevention presentations to Deaf community across the country.
She has been keeping a growing number of friends, family and supports up to date with her travels through a blog on tactiletheworld.wordpress.com. We also will keep updates on our website for all who are interested.
